Your AI should work for you, not report to someone else.

LEO is a voice-first executive assistant that runs on a machine in your office. It handles your email, calendar, calls and follow-ups, and remembers the people and deals that matter, all without sending your business to an AI company's servers.

LEO Done. It says we'll sign by Friday and thanks her for her patience. Should I send it?

A day with LEO

Talk to it like a person: say "Leo", ask, interrupt whenever you like. It answers out loud, and reaches you on Slack or by phone when something needs you.

  1. Your morning briefing

Today's meetings, the email that actually needs you, open tasks and the numbers you track, read out while you get ready.

  2. A client calls while you're in a meeting

LEO answers as your assistant, takes the message, offers your free times and books the follow-up, without ever revealing what's on your calendar.

  3. "Draft a reply to Dana"

LEO writes it in your voice and reads it back. Nothing that reaches another person goes out until you say yes.

  4. "Call the supplier, set up a call next week, then Slack me"

Multi-step requests become a plan. LEO reads it back once, then makes the call, books the time and reports what happened.

  5. A number moves the wrong way

A KPI crosses the line you set. LEO messages you on Slack, and calls you if you don't acknowledge it within ten minutes.

  6. "What did I promise Mark last month?"

LEO remembers people, companies, deals and past conversations, and searches your documents to answer in seconds.

Own your AI. Don't rent it.

Most AI assistants are a window into someone else's computer. Your questions, your email and your customers' names travel to a data center you don't control, under terms that can change.

LEO's model, speech recognition, voice and memory all run on the machine on your desk. Your email and calendar connect straight to it. It keeps working when the internet doesn't, and no one trains on your business but you.

You can point LEO at a larger hosted model of your choice when a job calls for it. It's off by default, and it's your decision, not ours.

Questions buyers ask

Does anything leave the machine?

The AI itself runs on the machine: your conversations, memory and documents stay there. LEO talks directly to the services you connect, like your email and calendar provider, and LEO Cloud only sees device health and routing, never what you say to LEO. A larger hosted model is used only if you turn it on.

What does it connect to?

Google Workspace email and calendar, Slack, a phone number for calls and texts, your documents, and the KPI sources you choose, such as spreadsheets, databases or internal dashboards.

Which machine should I choose?

LEO Mini suits one executive with a typical inbox and calendar. LEO Studio is for heavy days, longer documents and sharper writing. LEO Workstation serves several people or the largest models. Not sure? Reserve with "Help me choose" and we'll size it with you.

Can LEO act without asking me?

Anything that reaches another person, like sending an email, a calendar invite or a call, is read back and waits for your yes. Plans you approve then run to the end and report back.

What happens when I reserve?
