Text messages from LEO
Last updated October 12, 2026
LEO is the AI executive assistant at Check AI. It texts people Jeff works with about appointments, confirmations and follow-ups. This page shows how someone agrees to those texts and how they stop them. Program: Check AI and LEO Notifications.
What LEO texts about
- Appointment and meeting reminders
- Confirmations of times and places, and requests to reschedule
- Follow-ups after a meeting or call, and replies to questions you asked
- Short updates Jeff asked LEO to pass on to you
Jeff approves every message before LEO sends it. LEO sends no marketing, no promotions and no bulk messages, and it never texts anyone first to ask for consent.
Consent in person, by phone or by email
Before LEO texts someone, Jeff asks them directly, in person, on a call or by email:
"Is it OK if my assistant Leo texts you about appointments, confirmations and follow-ups from Check AI? Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out."
Only people who say yes are added to LEO's contacts, and the date they agreed is recorded.
